Here are some things that we learn in science. Plants and animals some plants we learned about were cattail, bulrush, sagebrush, spruce, cottonwood, and many more. We also learned about animals we learned about coyotes, red fox, barn owls, housefly, bobcat, and more. We learned about different environments like, deserts, forests, and wetlands. We learned about weather too. We learned about the different clouds like cumulus, stratus, and nimbostratus and more! Then we learned about rocks and minerals. We learned about rocks like pumice, slate, and many more. Then we learned about minerals like diamonds and more. We also learned about tempiture like what tempiture you find in different places. Or what you find in different types of seasons. You also learn about soil like what are the different layers of soil and like what layers plants live on. We learn about the water cycle. You learn about fossils. Our classes’ favorite science project was pet rocks, you choose a rock and it goes in a rock tumbler and then when it is done. You compare it before it was in the rock tumbler.
